Where are the "What Part of Illegal Don't You Understand" Critics When It Comes To Dinesh D'Souza's Crime?

Hypocrisy within our political system knows no bounds. Where are all the Republicans who get on their soapbox and who shout:  "What part of illegal don't you understand" when it comes to Dinesh D'Souza who was recently spared prison time today after pleading guilty earlier this year to violating federal campaign finance laws?

Are they silent because Conservative Republican Dinesh D'Souza was behind a film condemning President Barack Obama?

Let this D'Souza case be a lesson to extremist Tea Party Republicans that one of their own was spared prison time for a crime that deserved prison on the law books.

According to the New York Times:

Judge Richard M. Berman of Federal District Court in Manhattan sentenced Mr. D’Souza to five years of probation — including eight months living under supervision in a “community confinement center” in San Diego — and a $30,000 fine. The sentencing brought to a close a high-profile legal battle that began with Mr. D’Souza’s indictment in January on charges that he illegally used straw donors to contribute to a Republican Senate candidate in New York in 2012.  FULL STORY>>>

Personally, I think the judge should have made a white collar example out of D'Souza. As part of his probation, Mr. D’Souza will teach English to nonnative speakers once a week for eight hours. He will also be required to undergo therapeutic counseling.    Hmm.  I'm not sure how D'Souza will treat the nonnatives given he believes President Obama is carrying out some  “anticolonial” agenda of his father. He sounds like a conspiracy theorist to me.

Perhaps next D'Souza will write a book on why he initially did not want to own up to the crime in the beginning.
